The Nebraska Soybean Board worked with Brokaw Marketing, Inc. to produce a series of five “Cooking with Soy” videos in 2011 and another five were produced in 2012. The cooking videos demonstrated a variety of different soyfood recipes, using hosts and different themes for each video. Brokaw Marketing worked with Three Pillars Media to produce the series of ten videos in 2010-2012. Brokaw Marketing and Three Pillars will be producing five more “Cooking with Soy” videos in 2012-2013.
