Brokaw Marketing worked with the Nebraska Pork Producers and Skeeter Barnes to produce a menu insert promoting “Pork Month” for the Nebraska Skeeter Barnes locations. This insert promotes a featured pork item, explains the importance of the Pork industry to Nebraska, and the nutritional value of including pork in your diet. The Kids’ menu and placemat, provides children with several different fun learning opportunities. There are coloring sections, word puzzles and a short quiz about the health benefits of pork.
