Short Snoots, Soybean Sprouts is a colorful, four-page handout that teaches third- through sixth-graders the importance of pigs and soybeans in their lives, through fun facts, puzzles and other activities to engage their imaginations. They’ll learn about how pigs and soybeans are raised, how soybeans provide healthy, high-protein foods for both pigs and people, and how by-products of soybeans and pigs are used to make beneficial non-food products.
